Janssen ▪ Bruckner – Building & Developing Throughout Southeastern Wisconsin

We had a great experience working with Janssen | Bruckner on our new Creekside Condo in Greenfield, WI. The communication throughout the project was great and we were able to upgrade and customize our new home until it was exactly the way we envisioned it. Any construction issues were addressed promptly and resolved quickly to our satisfaction. Before closing on our unit, we had arranged for an independent home inspector to come in for a comprehensive inspection and were told the quality of the Janssen | Bruckner build was a step up from almost all other new home construction in the area. If the opportunity ever came up to build again we would definitely work with Janssen | Bruckner again.

We purchased a condo at Creekside Condominiums from Janssen Bruckner developers last year. They have been wonderful to work with. We were included in the planning, including choices of options and modifications from day one. We had every question or concern immediately answered or responded to. Nicole even assisted us when our original lender did not follow through by referring us to a mortgage broker that very quickly and smoothly put our construction financing inplace. She even sold our house when the condo was ready for a very fair commission. It went in two days for way above our asking price. We have been living here now for several months and are very happy with the quality of construction and design. A very few tiny oversights were immediately corrected. We highly recommend them and their product without reservation.

When we began a search for a new construction condominium in the Metro Milwaukee area, we knew that in addition to quality materials and a convenient location, we wanted a builder who would be responsive and easy to communicate with during the process. We are so pleased that we chose Janssen Bruckner, builder of our new Creekside Condo in Greenfield. Nicole worked closely with us over the months as we selected a unit in the development and made our decisions for fixtures and finishes that fit our lifestyle and aesthetic. We opted for some upgrades and slight modifications that Nicole was eager to accommodate. We especially appreciated Nicole’s patience and prompt response to any and all of our questions as the professional crews progressed to compete the unit. We have settled in nicely and truly enjoy the well-designed layout and craftsmanship of our new home.

We were considering selling our house and moving to a condo when we passed a sign saying that Condos were coming soon to a cul de sac in Greenfield. We were not familiar with the builders, Janssen-Bruckner, but once we met Nicole we knew things would go well. Our condo was ready in 7 months. Nicole told us that the materials were all pre ordered and we met with a decorator the first week so that the interior items could be ordered early in the process. Anytime we had a question we would text Nicole and she always got back to us the same day. She would also meet us at the condo anytime we asked during the building process. Once we moved in she was also readily available if we had any questions or concerns. We are very pleased with the quality of the condo and the continued customer service from Janssen-Bruckner when needed. We would highly recommend this building company.
